What stays on your device

Your selected age band and saved show names are stored in this browser’s local storage. They do not create a child profile. Wake-up and bedtime entries are used in the page to draw your plan; we do not submit or save them to our server. Completed printable plans stay in your PDF reader or on paper.

A necessary, encrypted access cookie remembers your purchase key for up to 30 days. It is sent to Slowberry to check access, and the key is verified with Gumroad. Clearing the cookie signs you out; you can return using the key in your receipt. Clearing site storage also removes saved picks and your age preference.

Feedback and private replies

If you send feedback, we store your name, chosen category, message, date, report reference, reply, and status in our hosted database. New feedback submissions require your name and email address so we know who we are replying to. We store that address and an encrypted copy of the private return key so we can send your reply link. Your email is used only for feedback replies, never marketing. You can turn notifications off from your private page; this removes the stored email and cancels pending reply alerts. Your private return link contains a random key; we store a hash of it to control access. Keep the link private, because anyone who has it can read or delete your report.

We use messages to answer questions, resolve purchase/access issues, and correct the guide. Reports remain until you or the operator deletes them. Deleting a report also deletes its stored email, encrypted return key, and notification records. Messages already delivered to an email inbox are not removed by deleting the report. You can delete your message and reply from its private page at any time. If you lose the link, submit a privacy request with enough information to identify the report; we may need to verify your request.

To limit automated abuse, feedback and purchase-key verification use salted hashes derived from the request’s network address and a short time window. We do not store raw addresses in this rate-limit table. Feedback counters expire after two hours, and unlock counters after 30 minutes; expired counters are cleaned up when either service processes another request.

Purchases and service providers

Gumroad handles checkout, payment details, receipts, and purchase verification under its own privacy terms. Slowberry does not collect your payment-card information. Hosting providers process network requests and may hold technical logs, including IP addresses, to deliver and secure the site.

When email notifications are enabled, Resend processes the destination email address and notification text to deliver them. Parent notifications include the private reply link, but not the feedback message or reply text. Owner notifications include your name, feedback category, full message, and your email address (older reports may not include one), so we can read and reply from our support mailbox. They also link to the sign-in-protected inbox. Replies sent directly by email stay in the email conversation and are not copied to your private feedback page. We retain delivery status to show failed alerts and allow retries. The site is hosted using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Fonts are served directly from this website; loading them does not send a request to Google Fonts. Following a show or streaming-service link takes you to a separate website with its own privacy practices. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on the guide, purchase information, printable samples, and privacy pages to measure visits, page views, referral sources, and page performance. It does not use analytics cookies or track people across websites. We do not load the analytics script on feedback or owner pages. No advertising pixels are installed.

Why we process information

We use purchase verification to deliver the paid guide, feedback to respond to your request, and technical information to operate and protect the site. Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, these purposes are service delivery, our legitimate interests in security and support, or compliance with legal obligations, as applicable. We do not sell feedback messages or use them to build advertising profiles.

Providers may process information in countries other than your own under their applicable contractual and legal safeguards. Your rights depend on your location and may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and a complaint to your local data-protection authority. Use the feedback form to make a request. Information a payment provider must retain for tax, fraud prevention, or other legal reasons is managed by that provider.

Children and sensitive information

This service is directed to parents and caregivers. Please do not send children’s names, photos, dates of birth, diagnoses, or other sensitive information. We do not need them to help with a broken link or an access problem.
